Well-appointed, flooded with natural light and just a 5-minute walk from the action on the base lift area in Angel Fire, this modern yet cozy and private corner unit with with 1066 sq. ft. offers everything you need to enjoy the perfect vacation year-round.
The living area on the first floor is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring Angel Fire with a modern but comfortable couch, two large love seats, a wall mounted flat-screen TV and fireplace.
Our 2-level apartment with lots of natural light has a spacious and fully-equipped kitchen with artistic touches and plenty of high-quality Cuisinart cook- and bakeware, making you feel right at home and ready for preparing scrumptious delicacies.
The master bedroom on the second floor has a comfortable queen bed, ample storage space, a small balcony and a spacious bathroom. On the same floor, you will find the second bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, ample storage space and a smaller bath with separate vanity. A washer/dryer unit is also on the second floor. Laundry detergent is supplied.
Cozy up on the lounge chaise in the den or unravel the multi-functional chaise and you will have yourself a twin bed for an additional person (ideal for a child/teenager/young adult).

Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. A cancellation service fee of $20 will be charged.
Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. A cancellation service fee of $20 will be charged.

Deposit Policy
50% deposit at time of booking, balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

"Spotless and close to Everything"
Another great stay with Barbara and Uwe, this time during the winter season. We usually stay with Barbara and Uwe during the summer when our boys have off and enjoy this condo very much. It has everything we need during our longer stays and we cannot think of a better place to stay here in beautiful Angel Fire. Parking is very convenient right in front of the condo and we use the shuttle with our little boys that stops right in front of the building.
"Quiet and Fun place"
We come here since many years since Barbara and Uwe have upgraded this spacious place and feel like it is ours every time we walk in. The kitchen is always very well stocked and our boys always find a special welcome treat for them. Thank you for having us, we truly are enjoying your condo a lot. Our boys sleep together in the second bedroom and having a good washer and dryer right there on the sleeping level has been very helpful. Can't wait to visit in winter for the first time soon.
"Had a blast"
Cozy - quiet - had everything we needed. Came here for the Motorcycle event in Red River and could not get a room there. So glad we found this wonderful place. Uwe and Barbara have been super hosts, even had some treats for us prepared. We will definitely be back again!
